phpBB is reported prone to multiple HTTP response splitting vulnerabilities. The issues exist in the "privmsg.php" script and the "login.php" script. The vulnerabilities present themselves due to a flaw in the affected scripts that will allow an attacker to manipulate how GET requests are handled. A remote attacker may exploit these vulnerabilities to influence or misrepresent how web content is served, cached or interpreted.
