Mozilla, Firefox, and Camino browsers contain a weakness in certain configuration settings. When the International Domain Name (IDN) setting is disabled in the Web browser, the setting is not retained after the browser is closed and started again. The browser configuration will still show the setting as being disabled. This weakness could lead to a false sense of security if it is used as a workaround for BID 12461.
