InetUtils tftp client is reported prone to multiple remote buffer overflow vulnerabilities. This issue presents itself due to the application failing to perform sufficient boundary checks on user-supplied data. Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities may result in process memory corruption, ultimately leading to a compromise. InetUtils 1.4.2 is reported vulnerable to these issues, however, it is possible that other versions are affected as well.
