OpenUnix is a commercial implementation of the UNIX operating system, originally derived from UnixWare. Both operating systems and maintained and distributed by Caldera. OpenUnix includes a script 0030.dttmpdir in the dt/config/Xsession.d directory which insecurely creates directories. Any file contained in the insecurely created directories may be altered by a user with unprivileged local access to an affect host. The directories are: /var/dt/ /var/dt/appconfig /var/dt/appconfig/appmanager /var/dt/tmp
