It has been reported that Open WebMail may be prone to an arbitrary directory creation vulnerability that may allow remote attackers to create potentially malicious directories in the underlying file system through the web interface. Open WebMail versions 2.30 and prior are vulnerable to these issues, however, the problem has been addressed in the product CVS.
