Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server is an Enterprise level proxy server and firewall product. It has been reported that sending a flood of fragmented UDP packets to an ISA server could result in a denial of service condition. This condition is not a problem with ISA server, but instead a resource starvation on the underlying hardware.
