Claris Emailer is an email program developed by Claris. A vulnerability exists in Claris emailer which could cause the application to stop responding. Due to Claris' inability to handle unusually long filenames, if a user receives an email attachment with a long filename the application may stop responding. A restart of the application may be required in order to regain normal functionality. It may be possible for remote attackers to execute arbitrary code.
